How to apply

Course Fees

The fee for the course, commencing in January 2010, is £1,900.00 for each year. The total course fee is therefore £3,800.00. The candidate must pay the fee for the first year at the time of enrolment. The second year fees are due to be paid before the start of the second year of the course.

There may be an increase in the course fees for January 2011 intake.

Application process

In order to be considered for entry on to the Diploma in Diabetes course in January 2010:

Step 2 - Fill in and return the application pack forms:

• Print off all of the following pdf application pack forms from this website
  • application form and equality monitoring form;
  • referee form (x 2, as two references are necessary);

You are advised to read the guidance notes before completing the application form.
